
Math at Mass Academy is like no other math class at a traditional school. On the second week of school, we were split into groups and given the task to find the volume of a scalene tetrahedron with two distinct methods. A week later, with the problem solved, Mr. Barys solved it in two minutes using Geometry Sketchpad (Cheater!). We spend a lot of time in class using Geometry Sketchpad and Mathematica an awesome computing program. At WPI, I'm taking the Calculus sequence and learning Maple.
