I am not really sure what STREAM stands for, but I know that it has something to do with our MSSEF (Macchachusetts State Science and Engineering Fair) project. At Mass Academy, each student is required to come up with a project and submit it to the competition. My advisor for STREAM is Dr. Sumner. She knows a lot about science and scientific papers, so she is very helpful.
My project will be about lichens and lichen respiration. A lichen is a symbiotic relationship between fungal and algal cells. If for some reason, you want to learn more about my project, you can look at my final paper (WARNING: it's 30 pages long). Have fun!
