My research project is to design and produce an auto-locking and multi-functioning belay device for rock climbing use. It will probably be based on the Trango cinch and Petzl Gri-gri. If you have any ideas or comments, please feel free to contact me at alewi@wpi.edu

Research Seminar gave way to engineering, here is a link to our website and a CAD drawing that I did. Our project is a ball-point soap dispenser that we actually built and are going to give to a special education classroom at South High School in Worcester.
