This class was known as Research Seminar last year, but for some reason the teachers decided to call it STREAM this year. It is a long term research project that we start at the beginning of the year and finish in February with the school science fair.
My project involves adapting a pneumatic cylinder to a bicycle seat, to allow for a smoother ride and quick adjustment of the seat height.
Before beginning our projects, we each had to come up with a detailed research plan. Here is the rather long literature review, the most in depth part of our research paper. The final STREAM paper was completed in the middle of February.
