Physics is awesome! Mr. Ellis is a great teacher and really helps you understand the topics at hand. His website keeps us up to date with the latest homework assignments and pictures from school events. This is definitely my favorite class. So far, we have covered one dimensional motion, projectile motion, forces, and conservation of energy.
We get a lot of homework in this class, but most of the time it is manageable. Physics is one of those classes where you either get it or you don't. It is very satisfying to finish a physics problem and get the answer right.
Here is an example of a relatively in depth two dimensional motion problem, while this was a similar projectile motion problem that we did. This was a fun lab in which we studied the laws of circular motion. When we learned about conservation of energy, we did this cool bungee lab to prove the concepts. This spring lab was sort of similar, but did not prove conservation of energy.
